Tina Corbett is focused on helping people of all abilities to discover how to benefit and enjoy freedom of movement. Based on key yoga concepts of lengthening, relaxing and breathing, classes run by Tina, an experienced Scaravelli trained teacher, have benefited a wide range of people:

  • more mature people looking to improve their range of movement and enjoy a full active lifestyle
  • sports people looking to improve flexibility and recovery
  • busy people who need to find relaxation techniques
  • beginners and experienced yoga students.

Tina originally taught art for 15 years at number of prestigious secondary schools and took up yoga as a means of recovery from serious injury. She retrained to become a full-time yoga teacher and runs classes in Sussex. Now a mentor to yoga student teachers, Tina also runs highly specialised classes focused on the needs of individuals.
